what happens if i transfer the 4.32 GB to 702Mb cd.

You will receive an error that there isnt enought space.

Depending on what you use...please insert another blank cd.

You can use Winrar to create multiple volumes for the data you're transferring, if that helps at all.

anyhow, assuming from your question your trying to transfer a dvd worth of content into CD? prob your best bet would be to find a file spliter or something to split it out.. or you can just find a dvd burner it costs about $70 CND last time i checked..
