cd burner

my cd burner wont burn it said e:\somthing incorect function and i fixed that but when i pop the cd in and press burn it says the cd is already writen on and that isnt true cus its a newly opend pack of cds

what app are you using to burn? tried reinstalling?

have you tried using xp's built in burning engine?

Was it the orignal CD you had in there when you got the error? It may have started to write something to it.
