Default CATALYST drivers...

I recently got a new computer (athlon 64 3400+, 512 ddr 400, radeon 9800se..) I dont really know much about drivers and stuff but I came across this CATALYST software on the ATI site. What basically is this and will I benefit using this other than the standard driver you get on cd rom with the card.

Any comments appreciated

It is their all in one driver bundle. The the Detonator from Nvidia, this is ATI's. The only thing it can do it update you to a newer driver, really. There is no real risk on this.

Good luck

catalyst is a driver which is comaptible with all of the ati cards, its best to keep up with the driver, as this will also upgrade your direct3d and openGL versions
