caps lock problem

whenever i on the capslock button the letters are in small letters but the capslock off the letters are capital...............please helllllllp me...............

are you using windows xp? if so, it might be the sticky keys feature.

Your not on a KVM by chance are you? have you checked to see if you have a stuck shift key? this has happened to me before...
