Hello. My caps lock won't turn off when I push the caps lock button. I have to hit ctrl and shift to turn off my caps lock. Why is that? I wanted where I can just hit the caps lock button to turn the caps lock off. I'm currently running window 7. Can someone help me? Thanks.

Try this:
1. Go to control panel and click on regions and language
2. Then click the keyboards and languages tab
3. And then click change keyboards
4. Go to the advanced key settings tab and tick the option that says "Press the CAPS LOCK key" to turn off caps lock. Then just press apply and ok.
