Can't uninstall some programs?

Can't uninstall some programs?

I have two programs and my Canon Multipass that I cannot uninstall, I keep getting an error box coming up saying

"Error Loading C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\InstallShield\engine\6\Intel

The specified module could not be found"

Could someone please help me out with this one, I am totally stuck
