I'm trying to fix a windows 8 laptop , the 1st concern was the internet connection , well i fixed that on safe mode w/ networking , everything is working fine on safe mode w/ networking and i decided to run all the diagnosting test on computer such as malwarebytes and hitmanpro and ccleaner as well , i found viruses and other stuff ,, i removed everything using the software and needed to reboot the computer , but for some reason when im on the normal mode the application is not opening , and also the computer is running slow , well i still got my last resort for performing the system recovery but is there any other way to fixed the issue ??
