I have downloaded the game, but now when I click install on origin it says 'Direct X setup has stopped working' after a few seconds
I reinstalled directX on its own from the microsoft website and that error still comes up, I think that narrows it down to directX not BF3.
I should also add, I have tried updating graphics drivers and restarting computer multiple times in case it was something running in the background.
Still no luck
I have DX11, and I did a clean install of windows like 1 - 2 weeks ago. I have hardly anything installed on my computer, not even a firewall just a few games, steam, origin and google chrome.
I googled it and there is literally no answers. I've been waiting like a year to play this game, and I can't even get past the installation part of it.
I'm not sure if you will need to know my computer spec so I'm gonna list it anyway
