Is it a shared folder on another computer, have you tried going under safe mode and selecting it and hiting shift delete?

No, it's not a shared folder, and going into safe mode and shift deleting doesnt work.

It's not a shared folder.
Back everything up first, then go to your "2pac" folder and delete the song(s) in there, then delete the "2pac" folder, then delete the contents of the "misc" folder, then delete the "misc" folder, etc....

Do that until you find the file causing the problem and go from there.

I can delete other folders in the 2Pac folder fine, just THIS folder ("strictly for my...") I can't delete it, I can't go into it. I can goto properties though :\
I'd hate to reformat just to get rid of this folder.

Try booting into safe mode with command prompt. When you get to the command prompt type:

del C:\Documents and Settings\Roy\NewFolder\music\misc\2pack\strictly for my ****

If it gives you trouble, you may have to navigate to the folder using the command:
CD Documents and settings
CD Roy
Etc....

Do you remember making this folder? Because if somebody took that folder off of a networked drive, and created a shortcut, and then deleted the host folder, that would explain the problem.

Actually, I used a program to copy music (2pac music ) from his ipod to my computer. There was an error during the transfer though.
