cant connect to the internet

go there to get your activation code then in your browser in the address bar typ 192.168.1.1, 192.168.0.1, 192.168.2.1. one of those untill it asks u for a user and pas this is usually blank no username and password or admin admin or admin password. let me know when u get that far

actually this guide explains it well too the reason i knew it was a 2wire is because my friend is inexperienced with routers and i am constantly fixing his here is the guide tho

i went to that link got the # i needed but am i supposed to try to type those ip's on the computer that wont connect or the one im on now? in anycase, i tried both, and on the computer that wont connect, they cant connect and on this computer they time out. so what should i do?

u type it on the computer directly connected to the router and follow my second link it explains it more clearly im on a pocket pc right now or i would make you a guide myself.
