Hi,
I have a 30GB IPOD video. When i connect the ipod to my computer, ITUNES opens as usual and songs are loaded properly, but when i try to access the IPOD drive it says 'access denied'.
What I have done so far:
I have 4 USB ports. 2 on the back and the other two on the front of the PC.
I connected the Ipod to the second usb port in front of the PC and same problems ( I haven't actually tried with the ones on the back of the PC)
I went to the device manager, uninstalled all USB drivers and rebooted the PC but same thing happened.
