Cannot delete file, Help!

I was trying to delete a file and I got this error message:

Cannot delete Install_Maya.exe: Access is denied.

Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently is use.

What do I do, how do I delete it?

That EXE file might be running in the background.
Open processes tab in taskmanager, Right click on the exe file and select End Process Tree.
Now U can delete the file.
