cannot boot my pc to windows

guys no luck i need HELP i cannot boot and i cannot go in to my windows...

heres some info what happening in my pc tomake it clear....

when i open my pc its shows the Nvidia TNT 64 mb VGA Bios
the cursor keep on blinking...

after a few minutes it shows like this..
Legacy keyboard detected
Legacy mouse detected

cmos Battery low

press F1 to set up...

Always happening this when i restart my pc...

when i enter to setup i saw in the IDE controller that recognized the Hardrive...its said NOT INSTALLED.. even CD-ROM Floopy...

what will i do plsss.. give me some guide and instruction...

ive done aready m8s but same nothing happen on it... this a new battery i put...

any other idea i bcome crazy now in here....
