Default Can you upgrade from XP SP2 to SBS 2003?

The headline basically says it all. I want to upgrade a machine from Windows XP SP2 to Small Business Server 2003 Standard. Can I do a simple upgrade on top of XP, or do i have to wipe and reinstall from scratch?

The best way to do any install is fresh. Remember that.
