I seem to have this problem.
I have tried to do a windows update several times.
each time, I can not succeffully upgrade IE5 to IE6.
I keep getting the same message each time.
"can not install all components. set up has a previous installation that requires a restart. would you like to restart now?"
I have tried to restart several times, but no luck.
can anyone out there help. does anyone have any suggestions.
