Default Can Not Get MS Office 03 to Install on XP

For some reason, I can not install MS Office 2003 on my XP Pro. computer. I get an error message saying that it can not locate a .cab file. By the way, this is when I try to install CD 1 (the CD with Word, Excell, PP, Access, etc.). Is anyone else having this problem? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Nope, it's in perfect shape, and I've never had this problem before when I was running Win. 2k Pro.

Is there an option to skip or ignore the file?

well, until you can fix the problem (so you don't waste your money) download openoffice at openoffice.org

is just as good as MS word (It really is). it comes with a word, excel, and powerpoint replacement and some stuff that office doesn't have. And it is 100% compatible with MS office (boy, i sound like a sales man)
