Default Can I control the dual cpu's in xp

Hi,
Im wondering if i can control what processes each cpu can run, like i can start a program on one cpu and start another on the other cpu, or does windows take all that away from me . I want to be able to do something like assign my cd burning program to one cpu and do stuff with the other cpu so the burning program doesnt get disturbed.

Thanks,
Corey

No idea but I dont think so.
It probrably just works any other windows based machine where is that everything is loaded but the primary cpu first and loaded onto the 2nd cpu if load exceeds the primarys potential
