Can anyone tell me what this program is?

This program was found running on my computer...and i know it wasn't there last time i ran the full system test on pcpitstop.com, i went back and checked the history.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sony Shared\AVLib\SPTISRV.exe

I tried searching for it, but i got nothing of real value. Does anyone know what this is?
