Can anyone help with Visual Studio .NET?

Although Visual Studio .NET provides mechanisms for allowing remote development of Web Application Projects, our support staff at our campus have been unable to make this work. I am aware that IIS Web server needs to be installed and running to make this work but IIS doesn't seem to work correctly. Please, if anyone can help with this issue it will be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a web site configured at the remote address? There needs to be a web site there for InterDev to connect to. In other words, IIS has to be installed and running, and then the admin would go into IIS and create a web site. You could find more about how to do this specifically in http://msdn.microsoft.com .
