When I open the command.com, the default directory is c:\docs&settings\username\, or whatever.

Let's say I need to run a program called GO.exe, located in c:\utilities\. How can I run this without having to change directories, or specifiy the directory everytime?

I seem to remember back when I was in school, and using command-line-based Java compiler, that I could edit some file to make this possible. Maybe I'm completely wrong, but it would be really helpful if this is possible. Anyone?
