Exclamation Call of Duty 4 - Lags - VISTA?

I visited the call of duty 4 website to see if i could run it. I downloaded the activision test, and the results were way beyond the recommended spec levels to run cod4. I had already downloaded the demo, so I installed it and started to play. It was ok apart from when the level started. It was really "laggy". It took about 2 minutes from finishing loading to the level starting. I carried on but every 2 or 3 seconds, it would stick for a very short time and carry on. I am sure the frame rate is very low, but i haven;t tested it yet.

I am running vista, i have a 7900gtx, and 1gb ram. I have heard other people are running it fine, but others have the same problem as me.

Mine does lag a little with WinXP, 2gb Ram and a 7800GT. What processor do you have? Don't forget that this is also only a beta.

Intel Pent D 820 Smithfield - Intel D945PSN
eVGA 7800GT OC - 2GB OCZ Gold Series DDR2
Logitech Z-5500 *I like to feel my video games*

First DEMO!! Just like a BETA. Glitches are more common than not.

2nd) Vista-1GB of RAM. Already stated in your other topic about artifacting to get more RAM.
I do not accept support questions via EMail, PM, IM or my G+ page!

Phone: LG Optimus G Pro
Running: Stock JB from LG with Nova Launcher
