bypass user name and pw

When i tried to connect to my server 2012 r2 machine from my laptop under NETWORk, it asks for my user name and pw. Is there a way to bypass this so I can acccess without doing so? If yes, how plz? If it isnt possible what do i need to do on my server so i can enter a user name and pw so i can access it plz?
This is for my private home network only.

Btw did you mean, remove NLA from RDP?

right click "computer" > properties > remote settings > untick "allow connections only from computers running RD with NLA.

^ My assumption was he meant file access over the network, since he mentioned clicking the "NETWORK" heading - which is a category in File Explorer.
