In his defense, it's not spam. I post this type of information all the time. I checked it and it's legit. I don't see any problem here. Maybe it would be better if it were in the Free Software section just above these posts.

Tips to make it look less like spam--

Use a better title, like "Review-- Windows Shared Computer Toolkit."

Preface the article, ex. "In my wanderings about the internet I ran across this tool that might be useful, so I thought I would download and review it." or "I ran into this and such problem and the solution came in the form of this tool, this is what it does."

Don't use the words "Microsoft" and "Free" in the same sentence.
