Downloaded which permits installation of 3 installations, small, medium and

Get instant message: Windows cannot open this file.

To open this file, Windows needs to know what program
created it... etc.

System is A7N8X deluxe motherboard, BIOS rev 1004, AMD 3200+ cpu, 512 MB PC3200 ram, 2 x 120GB drives
O/S: Windows XPpro SP1 fully updated

Anyone have a solution. please?

This is because Windows doesn't recognize the ".me" extention at the end of the file name. This may be proprietary to the BT site that you are downloading it from. You may want to try and contact them to see how you can use this utility.
But, there's no problem with your system

Thank you. I suspected that was the case, but needed confirmation. Will try to resolve this with BT Openworld, but knowing what they are like, it is hightly improbable that I shall get any response.
