BSOD Win7 x64

I decided to reinstall windows last night, which was a bad idea I guess.
I installed everything like normal I didn't do anything out of the ordinary,
but now I get this BSOD when I play Battlefield BC2. The error will happen
anywhere from 10-20 min in, the pc locks up and the sound skips and I have to reset.

I'm guessing from the error Description that my cpu is dieing?
Edit: I have reinstalled windows again to try and fix it and it still crashes.

Any help would be Appreciated

I would not say that is your CPU dying. That is just saying that there is a fatal hardware error. That doesnt mean that it is dying. It could mean that you dont have the proper chipset drivers installed so the system cant work properly.

Give us the BSoD info.

Solved, I hope

I recently Rma'd one of my Hard drives and they sent me a refurbished one.
I pulled it just out of curiosity and It hasn't locked up yet.
