For a while I have been getting a BSOD whenever I use my DVD-ROM drive (Toshiba SD-M1302). I can't really get anything out of it, sometimes it will display the initial screen, like an install window, but when it tries to do anything functional I just get the BSOD:

An exception 0D has occurred at 0028:C159BA46 in VxD ---. This was called from 0028:C1835A28 in VxD scsi1hlp(03) + 00000508. It may be possible to continue.

Generally, it is not possible to continue, but when I am able to get back to the desktop the DVD-ROM drive no longer responds, I can't open it (physically) or view the 'My Computer' window.

I looked on the Toshiba site for drivers, but apparently these drives don't have specific drivers.

My system is:
OS: Win98SE
MB: Biostar M6TWG
CPU: Intel P3 600MHz
RAM: 320MB
