Default Broken hyperlinks or Outlook2003

I am running an XP Pro, IE7, and norton internet security 2008 computer

Whenever I open a hyperlink in an email in Outlook 2003, it ALWAYS takes me to my homepage not the link. any ideas on how to fix this problem?
