Default Booting From Windows Cd

I have a question.. please help. My computer crashed and I did the command to wipe it clean, now I can't boot the Windows Cd. It won't do anything without start disk and kicks me to A:Command. Is there any way I can't fix this problem?

Are your bios boot settings right? You need to have cdrom set as your 1st boot device.
