Unhappy booting windows

I would like to know why my computer takes some time to access the hard disk when it is booting windows. There is no problem during the part where the booting progress bar but when it says welcome and i click on my username it takes a minute to get my computer have my hard disk LED to flash. I wonder what is the problem and I don't think there is anything wrong with my RAM or Hard Disk.

EDIT: Also my hard disk are ExcelStor Technology J880S 80GB and Seagate ST3400832AS 400GB

How much RAM do you have?
Change the world. Of one person. Today.

If your equation requires either a complex combination of variables to get the desired result OR you can't seem to get the result regardless of the ain't your variables, it's your constant.
