Default Bootable disk in nero

I want to make a xppro boot disk, because my old one is messed up. So I have an xp .iso. I have nero as well (newest I think nero8ultra)

So I tried to make one, but it wouldnt boot, my system would just sit on a black screen and blink.

Anyone help me out? thanks

How did you make the XP ISO? That will let you know if it is bootable.

use nero to burn it as a disc image. if that don't work. mount the iso and import it into nlite. nlite will make it a bootable .iso

i am burning it as an image in nero now. Then I will boot and see if it worked. If not, I will be back to mount it.

Is daemon tools ok to mount it in? I think I already have a copy of that on an external. Link to nlite?

IT worked.

Someone close this?

Thank you for the help as always
