Im currently running Windows 2000 here at work, I have a question.
When I alter my boot.ini, Im trying to set it up so it will boot off a directory we'll call Bob. So I add the c:\bob = "Test" to the boot.ini. Now, I want Bob to containt the boot disk files, from a common start up disk.. so I want it to enter Dos. I've gotten it to work off a computer that contained a Dos folder in the C:\ drive... and it would go to command prompt. But, if I copy said Dos folder to another PC over the network, and alter the boot.ini the same way.. .no luck.
Any assistance would be appreciated, thank you.
