Boot Disk Essentials

I am trying to write 'BootDisk Essentials' to a floppy. Every time I do it, though, I get this message at any percentage between 87-93%:

Disk Error on Track "74", Head 1
Error in Reading

Why is this happening? I have tried three different floppies, and it happens on all of them. Any ideas? Maybe I am not doing it properly? I really need this written on the floppy. Thanks

I got the file from Nerdlabs - Boot Disk Images

Could just be those bootdisk fiels are corrupt. Have you tried bootdisk.com?
