Hey, I've got a major problem with my PC

It was fine until yesterday it just decided to crash, everytime it got upto the Windows splash screen, a blue screen would flash and it would restart. I made a boot disk for Memtest and tried to boot from CDROM but for whatever reason it refuses to boot the CD (was an ISO file, used numerous downloads and different CD's and DVD's for it) but no luck.

Not wanting to lose all my files etc, I used the Windows XP install disc to repair windows (not through recovery), after that its fine, as soon as I turn it off, and then it starts all over again and I have to go through the windows xp cd repair process all over again.

I need help! Any information that would help you to help me just ask.

Replies much appreciated,

Do the repair on the OS so you can boot into windows. Then go to startup and recovery and uncheck the box that says 'reboot automatically'

At that point reboot and your BSOD will stay on the scree. Read the stop error to find out what is causing the conflict.
