Default Blue Screen

I am installing windows for the first time and i keep getting a blue screen and it says:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

and it also says:

***STOP: 0x0000000A (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x8051E106)

Please help me. what does this mean.

based on this most likely a hardware issue since it is a new install. Try reseating ram 1st if that does not work the the cpu.

could try memtest 86, don't need an OS to run it. it will test the memory for errors its a bootable program.

take the ram chips out and put them back in. what dimm slots do you have them in? If you are running dual channel they should be in slots of the same color.
