Default Blaster worm

Does anyone know if the new virus that is going around is causing throughput to be very slow such as loading web pages or no loading at all?

hi , I am running windows 98 SE so I am not effected. Has the worm virus caused network/Internet connectivity to be sluggish - massive amounts of lag time in accessing pages, cannot download, web based applications hang to computers who aren't effected by it?
