Default BIOS update

Is it worthwile updating ur BIOS. Right now i have no problems so should I do it.

AMD Athlon XP 3200+ @3.0 Ghz
Thermaltake Highest Xaser III (7 80mm case fans)
MGE XG Vortec 600W Power Supply
1G Corsair XMS PC-3200
2 x 120 Gig 7200RPM
Logitech 5.1 - Z640 Speakers
Thermaltake BigWater Liquid Cooling System
ViewSonic VP201b 20.5\" LCD (16 ms refresh rate)

If you are not having any problems then why mess with it? i would leave it the way it is

Motherboard:Gigabyte GA-8KNXP SATA 8X/4X AGP PRO
Processor:Pentium 4 3.4
Video: NVidia TNT2 RIVA, Sound Blaster Live
Ram: 4 gig of Kingston DDR Ram (3200)
Hard Drive:maxtor x2 120 gig ATA133 w/ 8meg buffer

Lol, I have to agree, I thought it might be a good idea, but the new bios removed SATA support, and therefore, my boot drive. Thank god for Dual Bios.
