i have a thinkpad with bios version itet40ww but i have no idea how to access the bios i have tried everything F1 F2 Del someone plase help me it's driving me crazy.

ok i've got the easy setup screen up i did that before. but i have got problems as i think i need to do a fresh instal of windows XP and i've no idea how to get the system to boot from the disk. it must do it cos someone has put xp on there already.
