Default The Bios in this System is not Fully ACPI compliant ( Gigabyte GA-965 QM S2 )

guyz i need a help very badly

just bought a 2nd hand Gigabyte 965-QM S2 ( 2nd hand though it got 18 months warrenty left)

the guy owned this he was using win vista as i personally took out the board from his pc. i came back home and put my vista dvd to install and the setup showed The Bios in this System is not Fully ACPI compliant Please contact your vendor. i was using ga-945 gcmx with vista. and this board is newer than this. guyz please gimme some suggestions. is there any bios setting to change?

BTW: Win Xp is running good.

Update the BIOS.
