I am working on a windows XP home edition OS on a very old laptop. I need to get into the BIOS to disable the user password, however, when I turn the lap top on, it doesn't tell me what to do to get into BIOS. I hit F1, F10, delete, even F8, but nothing worked. Is there some other way to do it or am I missing something? The make and model of the laptop is Toshiba Tecra 8000.

i think u need to Hold down Esc while turning on or rebooting. Then press F1 when it
asks.
