how about the movie file? and why did you convert an AVI to an MPEG to burn it, can your program not burn AVIs?

i assume he converted it to mpeg cuz some dvd players will play certain types of mpeg movies like type 1 or 2 or whatever but they wont play avi's

but when you burn a video, it automatically converts either AVI or MPG to a DVD playable format anyways. are you saying that some DVD players will play MPG without conversion to a DVD format? that's pretty kewl then, there are plenty of AVI-MPEG converters out there, just search on download.com

have you tried running any of them
perhaps they all work simultaniously from the wmediaplayer form one.
