Default Best Back up software

What is the easiest to use, and what do you recommend backing up?

Sonic Backup My PC v.6

Really good, backup to a file, CD/DVD or USB device. Compression using HW or SW, Select any folder, set autmoatic schedules. Automatically overwrite old backups on RW discs, backup over networks or to a network drive... really good!

I copy and paste my important data to an extra hard drive on my network. I also use total commander and powerdesk to do the same thing (sync my data)
