Default Belarc Advisor

When searching the above program I noticed a remark
" caution Product Keys listed" .
Unfortunately I have no clue what it means and why one should be

Before installing the product I want to make sure I understand
the implications.

It means exactly that. If you were to show anyone your list from Belarc they would have access to your serials for all applicaitons installed on your PC including Windows. So therefor you would have your serial end up being pirated cause people would use them as their own.

I do not accept support questions via EMail, PM, IM or my G+ page!

Advisor is in my bag o' tricks. It gives me a lot of information in a single place. And, yes, it does provide your product keys. Keep the file it generates safe (if you save it), and the hardcopy put away out of sight.
