How would i go about getting rid of a bad driver that's installed on my system?
I've got a bad copy of a twain driver (scanner driver) showing up in my "ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS" list and i've tried deleting it numerous times. It was accidently installed and it's an incorrect version for my OS. I believe its for a 98 and i'm on 2000. It never worked, and after i installed the correct version, the old one still remained.
Do i need to edit the registry? Any freebie program i can use to do this, or should i just delete something manually?
I posted about this previously but the post got lost somewhere lol.
