I'm looking for a backup program that I can use with a flash disk. Any suggestions? It needs to be automated for scheduled backups. Thanks for the help.

The windows backup tool is horrible in my opinion but if you grab yourself a Windows OneCare Beta they have a new backup tool for windows in there. For non Microsoft Solutions you can Try Norton Ghost or Drive Image.

With any norton product your wallet will be dry in no time. But the product itself is fairly good.

Drive image has a free trail and I downloaded a product from that that will make backups fine but the backup cannot be restored to another PC it must be the same PC you made the backup from. Not a problem as that is what most people want anyways.

Both will back up entire hard drives. I'd imagine they back up individual folders as well but it is much easier to just drag and drop files to a DVD using window's built in burner.

Don't be mislead by the word Beta this is an OK product from Microsoft and will do what you want it to.

EricB also uses a different backup tool but I don't know it's name you should send him a PM for more details.
