Backup Utility Not Picking up DAT72 Tape Drive

I'm trying to restore files off a DAT72 Tape; lately it has not picked up the tape drive.

I tried yesterday with no luck.

I checked the computer today and it shows the 4mm DDS, but it won't let me select the file to restore (greyed out).

Any advice? Thanks in advance.

you aould try uninstall driver, power down, reseat cables, reinstall driver.


funny that it's grayed out. is removable storage service running?
