Does anyone know of a good backup program I can use to easily backup my documents and other selected files.

This is what I want to do:
Take all the files from the folder C:\Documents and Settings\User\Downloads
And copy them to the folder F:\Backup\Downloads which is an external HDD

I would like to schedule this so it automatically backs up everyday at say 3:00am or whenever.

Any recommendations are appreciated. Free would be best, but I don't mind paying up to $50 as well.

Copy and paste works awesome or cut and paste

You could write an xcopy batch file and have it automatically run.
You could just use M$ backup utility.
