Default Back up software

Our current back up scheme is becoming a real problem to manage. We use NTBackup and a bunch of scripts to backup our servers. The problem is that there is no single point of control and any changes that are needed to the plan sometimes affect other areas. We are looking for a software solution to help us manage our backups. My question is what do you guys feel is the best software solution? It also has to be able to handle SQL and exchange servers.

Thanks,

Dylan Etscorn

We use Veritas AKA Symantec here for our data backups. It does SQL as well.
