Am i right in thinking when you lower your upload bandwidth, it automatically decreases your download speeds? I find i get much better speeds when i set uploads to unlimited, but this makes web browsing and gaming slow as ****. Anyone noticed this?

Yep...but what I have found is this..if you set your upload speed to at least 5kb you do not get penalized..when you set it below this you do and your downloads are crap. I set mine to 10k to be fair and will even open it up at night or when I am away to unlimited...it does indeed suck the **** out of your bandwidth when uploading

it's light but I can't access the internet on any computer on my network when I'm uploading files.

that's not an issue with azureus. the net is just a little slower
