Default Automatically Edit ID3 tags

Quick question:

Does anyone know of a really good editor for ID3 tags. I have a bunch of music and most of them (if they even have an ID3 tag) are corrupt/incorrect/bad format. I would like to basically jsut select all the folders, tell the program to run, have it DL the Artist, Track num, Album and title automatically and fill in the appropriate fields. ( I think you can change the order in windows, definitely in winamp)

Any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated. Ive found many programs that claim to do this, but most of them are bad quality (freezing, bad connection, etc)

musicmatch's supertag feature. it can tag from filename, lookup the tag or you can manually edit it
