Default Automatic Update Problem

Hi all, I've got an update that wont install.
Is there a way to delete the automatic update file?

Security Update for Flash Player (KB923789)

Size: 542 KB

Security issues have been identified in Macromedia Flash Player from Adobe that could allow an attacker to compromise a Windows-based system and gain control over it. You can help protect your system by installing this update from Microsoft. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.
